PhD at the University of Copenhagen

As a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen, you are enrolled in one of six PhD schools and supported by a centralised PhD administration that ensures consistent guidance and services throughout your programme.

PhD School at the Faculty of Science

A PhD programme at SCIENCE lasts three years and includes an independent research project, stays at other/international research institution(s), PhD level courses, teaching and other types of knowledge dissemination. The PhD is concluded by writing and defending a PhD thesis.
