Summer holiday 2026 at the PhD Administration 

The PhD Administration is not fully staffed during July and August.
Consequently, the following changes apply: 

Phone hours in July: 
Monday to Thursday: 12.30-15.00, Friday: 10.00-12.00. 

Processing time: 
Please expect extended processing times between 1 July and mid-August. 

Enrolment applications Summer 2026: 
Applications for enrolment are processed throughout the year. However, please note that no enrolment
applications will be processed during the period 13 July-31 July due to the summer holiday. If you wish to
start your PhD programme before 1 September 2026, your application must be submitted to the PhD
Administration no later than 1 June 2026. 

Specific Information about screening and deadline for submission of thesis:
The Royal Danish Library does not screen theses in week 30. If you wish to ensure that your thesis is
screened and submitted for assessment before the summer holidays, it must be handed in no later than 6 July. 

Campus Print is closed in weeks 30 and 31. Students should contact Campus Print for further
information regarding the printing of theses
